2100 Block of Laurelwood Road
An officer was dispatched to the Biltmore Hotel, located on the 2100 block of Laurelwood Road, to investigate a vehicle that had been broken into. The victim had approximately $2,100 in electronics stolen. The suspect remains at large.

Drug Use
Location:
1100 Block of Alviso Street
An officer was dispatched to the 1100 block of Alviso Street on the report of a male suspect acting aggressive, taking off his clothing and possibly under the influence of drugs. Upon contact with the suspect, officers immediately observed objective symptoms of drug intoxication. The suspect was arrested. Due to his intoxication level, the suspect was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

300 Block of Laurelwood Road
An unknown suspect(s) pried open the front door of a business on the 300 block of Laurelwood Road. The suspect stole a few items and loaded them into the victim's car that was parked inside the business. The keys to the victim's car were also inside the building. The suspect(s) fled in the victim's vehicle with the stolen property. The suspect(s) are at large.

Hit and Run
Location:
400 Block of El Camino Real
An officer was dispatched to a hit and run investigation. A vehicle was found in a parking lot on the 400 block of El Camino Real with two flat tires and front end damage. The vehicle had driven over the center median on El Camino Real and the driver fled the scene. Officers are investigating the accident.

Grand Theft
Location:
3000 Block of Stevens Creek Boulevard
An officer responded to The Cheesecake Factory, on the 3000 block of Stevens Creek Boulevard, on the report of a theft from a vehicle. An unknown suspect(s) shattered the rear driver’s side window and stole a laptop bag. The laptop bag, its contents and the damage caused by the suspect(s) were valued at approximately $4,650.00. The suspect(s) fled the scene and no arrests were made.

Warrant Arrest

El Camino Real and Jackson Street
An officer was conducting an unrelated pedestrian stop on the north sidewalk of El Camino Real east of Jackson Street when he observed a male suspect walking toward him stumbling. The suspect displayed symptoms of alcohol intoxication. A Records check revealed a $10,000 warrant for his arrest. The suspect was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Driving Under the Influence

1800 Block of Beech Street
An officer was dispatched to the 1800 block of Beech Street on the report of vehicle collision with a parked car. Upon contact with the driver, the officer noticed a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. The driver was unable to satisfactorily complete the Field Sobriety Test and was arrested.

Warrant Arrest
Location:
Jefferson Street at El Camino Real
The suspect was observed riding his bicycle north on Jefferson Street and failed to stop at the stop sign at the intersection of Lewis Street. An officer attempted to conduct an enforcement stop. The suspect attempted to flee, but fell at the corner of El Camino Real and Jefferson Street. He was taken into custody without further incident. A Records check revealed the suspect had two outstanding misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into County jail.
