Location: 1995 El Camino Real
A suspicious woman was stopped by an officer near Wells Fargo Bank. The officer learned the woman had an outstanding felony arrest warrant. The woman was arrested and taken to the county jail.

Monday, August 5th, 2013
Location: Benton St. & Jefferson St.
An officer attempted to stop a suspicious man hiding behind some shrubbery. The man ran from the officer but he was quickly apprehended. The man was wanted by California State Parole and he was taken to the county jail.

Violation of a Restraining Order
Location: 2100 Block of Tasman Dr.
Officers were sent to a disturbance. On arrival, the officers learned a man had violated a restraining order and arrested him. The man was taken to the county jail.

Drunk in Public
Location: 2250 El Camino Real
Officers were sent to a disturbance. On arrival, the officers found a man was unable to care for himself because of his alcohol intoxication. The man was arrested.

Wednesday, August 7th, 2013
Location: 1050 Benton St.
Officers were sent to a fight in the courtyard area of an apartment complex. On arrival, the officers met with three individuals that were leaving the area. Officers were unable to locate any evidence of a fight and the individuals the officers stopped were not involved in any fight.

Location: 2200 Block of Pasetta Dr.
Officers were sent to a traffic accident. While responding to the call, it was reported that gunshots were fired from the same area of the accident, and two suspicious vehicles were seen leaving the area. Officers located the suspicious vehicles and detained the occupants. The officers learned the occupants were not associated to the call and they were released. Officers searched the area and were unable to find any evidence to support any shots being fired.

Thursday, August 8th, 2013
Location: 3449 Stevens Creek Blvd.
A suspicious male wearing a black hooded jacket was seen running from a broken window at Steven Creek Surplus Store. On Arrival, the officers found the display cases inside the store were broken into. The officers continued their investigation and were able to identify two male juveniles responsible for the burglary. The juveniles were located by the officers and arrested. All of the stolen property from the burglary was recovered.

Drunk Driving Arrest
Location: 259 Jefferson St.
Officers were sent to a traffic accident. On arrival, the officers met with the male motorist involved in the collision. The motorist failed the field sobriety test and he was arrested.

Friday, August 9th, 2013
Location: 2401 Agnew Rd.
A man was assaulted by two women at Great America Theme Park. The man sustained minor injuries and the two women were arrested for the assault.

Saturday, August 10th, 2013
Location: 4565 Stevens Creek Blvd.
A woman walked out of By-th-Bucket restaurant and a man approached her from behind. The man then grabbed the woman’s purse and ran across the street near Stevens Creek Honda. The woman sustained minor injuries as a result of the robbery. The suspect can only be described as a male, 5’8” to 5’10”, short dark hair, and he was wearing dark clothing.
