During a vehicle stop, the driver was arrested after found to have an outstanding felony warrant and a suspended driver’s license. The passenger, on probation, was arrested for being in possession of burglary tools.

During an argument, the male suspect pushed his wife, causing her to fall down. He was arrested.

4800 Block of Stevens Creek Blvd.
A driver hit a newspaper stand and a City light pole, then fled before officers arrived.

Drug Arrest
2300 Block of Avenida de Guadalupe
Officers responded to a call of a man possibly stealing a ladder. The man was arrested after being found in possession of methamphetamine.

Officers responded to a disturbance across from the Police Department. One of the parties involved was arrested after found to have an outstanding warrant.

While looking for a suspect, officers conducted a car stop that resulted in three arrests. One was the person the officers were looking for, the second was in possession of methamphetamine and the third was a parolee.

Thursday, November 15th, 2012

Domestic Violence
3500 Block of Ryder St.
During an argument at her husband’s workplace, the female suspect slapped the victim across the face and punched him in the arm, leaving a mark. Officers located two loaded weapons in the trunk of the suspect’s vehicle. She was arrested.

The victim was leaving his place of business when approached by the suspect. The suspect chased the victim, knocked him down, and stole a bag he was carrying. The suspect then fled.

Officers responded to an audible burglar alarm at a machine shop. They found the front window smashed, but it was not apparent if anything had been stolen. A witness reported seeing a pick up truck leaving the area when the alarm sounded.

Officers made contact with a woman who was on parole and in possession of tear gas.
