Location: 1800 Block of Civic Center Drive
An officer responded to the 1800 block of Civic Center Drive on a report of a male suspect passed out behind the wheel of a running vehicle. Upon arrival, officers observed several pieces of drug paraphernalia in plain view on the suspect's lap and the vehicle's center console. The suspect displayed several objective symptoms of being under the influence of a controlled substance. A search of the vehicle yielded controlled substances. The suspect was arrested and transported to the County Jail.

Location: Silicon Valley Animal Control, 3370 Thomas Road
Officers were dispatched to the Silicon Valley Animal Control, at 3370 Thomas Road, on the report of two intoxicated subjects in the lobby of the facility. The female suspect displayed objective symptoms of being under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and was arrested for public intoxication (#14-007048).
A Records check revealed the male suspect had a $1,000 warrant from the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office. He was arrested, transported to SCPD for processing and subsequently released with a Notice to Appear in court.

Location: Great America Parkway and Highway 101
A male passenger inside a vehicle pulled up to the victim’s car, brandished a replica firearm and made criminal threats. Believing the handgun was real, the victim feared for his life and the lives of his two small children in the vehicle with him. The victim veered onto Highway 101 and called 9-1-1.
The female driver and male suspect were subsequently located. The male suspect was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Drunk in Public
Location: Homestead Road and Peppertree Lane
An officer was dispatched to the area of Homestead Road and Peppertree Lane on the report of a man lying on the sidewalk. Upon arrival, the officer observed the male suspect unconscious, unresponsive and had a strong odor of alcohol on his breath and person. The Santa Clara Fire Department was dispatched as a precautionary measure. Unable to care for himself, the suspect was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Location: De La Cruz Boulevard and Central Expressway
An officer conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle with expired registration tabs. A Records check revealed the male suspect had an outstanding $50,000 felony arrest warrant from the San Jose Police Department. The suspect was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Location: 2700 Block of Homestead Road
An officer was dispatched Safeway at 2760 Homestead Road for a disturbance. The suspect asked the victim for money and the victim refused. The suspect followed the victim to his vehicle and pulled out a knife. The victim feared for his safety and pulled out a baseball bat for his protection. The suspect dropped the knife and fled the area. The suspect was detained a short distance away and positively identified. The suspect was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Location: 1000 Block of Noble Lane, San Jose
SCPD’s Special Enforcement Team (SET) served a search warrant on a male suspect on the 1000 block of Noble Lane in San Jose. During the search, three stolen vehicles, a stolen motorcycle engine, two rifles, a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia were located.
During the search, officers located a female suspect at the residence in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Both suspects were arrested and transported to the County jail.

An officer was dispatched to the Parks Service Center on the 2600 block of Benton Street on the report of property taken from multiple City vehicles. The suspect(s) remain at large.

Location: 3400 Block of Lafayette Street
An officer conducted a traffic enforcement stop in the parking lot of Rotten Robbie's located at 3471 Lafayette Street A Records check revealed the male driver had a warrant from the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office and a suspended driver license. The suspect displayed objective symptoms of stimulant use. A search yielded a controlled substance. The suspect was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Location: 2900 Block of Lakeside Drive
The victim’s vehicle was parked and locked on the 2900 block of Lakeside Drive from approximately 2015 hours to 2045 hours. Upon returning to the vehicle, the rear driver's side window had been broken and the contents of the vehicle, including two iPads, credit cards, debit cards, cash and a driver's license, were stolen. The unknown suspect(s) remain at large.
