Drug Arrest                        
Location: 2800 Block of Benton Street                                 
An officer stopped a male bicyclist for a Municipal Code violation. The male displayed signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Felony Warrant Arrest      
Location: 2400 Block of El Camino Real                               
An officer developed information regarding a female who was wanted for burglary. The female was located inside a room at the Capri Motel. She was arrested without incident and transported to the County jail.

: 3900 Block of Freedom Circle                                 
A female reported she was receiving threats from a male. The male was identified and located by officers. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.

: 2300 Block of Pruneridge Avenue                                       
A female bartender was punched in the face by a male customer when he was asked to leave. The male was trying to drive away when officers arrived but he was quickly detained. The man was arrested and transported to the County jail.

: 300 Block of Mathew Street                                                
An Officer was sent to a burglar alarm on the 300 block of Mathew Street and noticed a suspicious vehicle exiting the parking lot. The officer attempted to stop the vehicle but the driver refused to stop. The suspect vehicle drove north on US 101 and refused to stop for the CHP as well. The driver abandoned his vehicle in the Redwood City area. Officers confirmed a burglary did occur at the business.

Driving Under the Influence                     
: Saratoga Avenue & Pruneridge Avenue                     
An officer stopped a male motorist for expired registration. The male displayed signs of being under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. The male did not satisfactorily complete the field sobriety tests and he was arrested. The male was transported to the temporary holding facility at the Santa Clara Police Department and was later released with a court date.

: 1600 Martin Avenue                                                  
An officer was sent to the Aquamaids Bingo Hall on the 1600 block of Martin Avenue in regards to a patron that passed a counterfeit $100 bill. The patron was identified and the officer investigated the incident. This incident will be forwarded to the Investigations Division.

: 2400 Block of Agnew Road    
Great America Theme Park security officers attempted to escort two married suspects from their property because they were bothering other guests.  The couple became uncooperative with security officers and two Santa Clara Police Officers working at the theme park were summoned.  The police officers determined the pair was intoxicated to the point they could not care for themselves and were arrested.  The suspects were taken to County Jail.

Assault with a Deadly Weapon 
: 1100 Block of Homestead Road   
Officers were dispatched to a report of a male subject with a knife chasing an individual in the parking garage on the 1100 block of Homestead Road. The suspect was taken into custody and the knife was located.  The suspect was intoxicated and uncooperative. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.
