Grand Theft
Location:
3100 Block of Mission College Boulevard
A theft occurred in the parking lot of AMC Mercado movie theatre on the 3100 block of Mission College Boulevard. The suspect(s) broke into the victim's locked vehicle and stole property. The total amount taken was estimated at $2,263.00. The suspect(s) are at large.

Warrant Arrest
Location:
Walsh Avenue and Lafayette Street
Officers responded to a report of two males fighting near Walsh Avenue and Lafayette Street. Both males did not want to press charges on one another. A female accompanied the males. A Records check revealed the female had five confirmed warrants. She was arrested and transported to the County jail.

3500 Block of Granada Avenue
A residential burglary occurred on the 3500 block of Granada Avenue. The suspect(s) entered through an open sliding glass door, stole several items, and left through the front door. The suspect(s) also took the victim’s car keys and left in the victim’s vehicle. The suspect(s) remain at large.

Driving Under the Influence Location: Homestead Road and Lawrence Expressway
A male suspect was stopped for a vehicle code violation in the area of Homestead Road and Lawrence Expressway. The suspect displayed symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol and did not successfully perform the Field Sobriety Tests. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Resisting Arrest
Location:
Pruneridge Avenue and Pomeroy Avenue
An officer initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Pruneridge Avenue and Pomeroy Avenue for violation of a modified exhaust. The male suspect did not comply with officer requests and was subsequently arrested for Resisting, Delaying or Obstructing an Officer. The suspect was transported to the Santa Clara Police Department for processing and released with a citation.

Petty Theft

969 Kiely Boulevard
An officer responded to the Community Recreation Center at 969 Kiely Boulevard on the report that his son's bicycle had been stolen from the bike rack in front of the building. The suspect remains at large.

Forgery
Location:
400 Block of El Camino Real
Officers noticed five subjects in a vehicle acting suspiciously in a parking lot on the 400 block of El Camino Real. During the vehicle stop, a Bank of America employee flagged an officer down and told the officer one of the subjects had just attempted to pass a fraudulent check. A search of the vehicle revealed controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, counterfeit money, counterfeit check and associated checking deposit slip as well as fraudulent identification. All five subjects were arrested.

Disturbing the Peace Location: 800 Block of Las Palmas Drive
Upon officer arrival to the 800 block of Las Palmas Drive, officers found approximately 20 individuals causing a disturbance. Both loud music and loud voices could be heard from a distance of one city block away. There was alcohol present on the premises and minors were in possession of alcohol. The party was shut down.
