Drug Arrest
2505 El Camino Real
SCPD was dispatched to El Pollo Loco on the report of an adult male challenging customers to fight. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the suspect and determined he was under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of drug paraphernalia. The suspect was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Vehicle Theft
The Alameda / Idaho Street
An Officer made a traffic enforcement stop on The Alameda at Idaho Street for multiple vehicle code violations. The vehicle turned out to be stolen. A Records check revealed the male driver had a suspended driver’s license and was on active probation. A search revealed he was in possession of drug paraphernalia. The female passenger was also on probation. A search of her belongings found her in possession of a controlled substance and multiple stolen credit cards. Both individuals were arrested and transported to the County jail.

Warrant Arrest – Felony
Saratoga Avenue
An Officer conducted a vehicle stop on Saratoga Avenue at Stevens Creek Boulevard for a vehicle code violation. A Records check revealed the male driver had an outstanding felony warrant. He was arrested and transported to the County jail.

Driving Under the Influence – Felony
El Camino Real / Pomeroy Avenue
Traffic Officers were dispatched to El Camino Real at Pomeroy Avenue on the report of a multiple vehicle collision. Upon arrival, the Officers learned a male subject had caused two separate accidents before fleeing the scene on foot. With assistance from witnesses, Officers learned the subject was being detained by the staff at a local garage. The subject had objective symptoms of intoxication and a field sobriety test confirmed the suspicion. He was also driving with a suspended license. The subject was arrested and transported to the County jail. This incident resulted in two case numbers as noted below.

Man with a gun
Carmichael Park, 3445 Benton Street
Multiple Officers responded to a disturbance involving a group of males armed with pistols in Carmichael Park (3445 Benton Street). According to the three male victims, two of the victims were selling marijuana to the third victim when they were confronted by two masked suspects with handguns. The suspects took the victim’s backpack, containing school supplies, and $5 in cash. However, the primary victim possessed the marijuana in his pocket. It was collected at the scene. The suspects remain at large.

French Street / Agate Drive
An Officer was dispatched to a strong arm robbery that occurred near the intersection of French Street and Agate Drive. An adult female was walking home when two Hispanic males on bicycles grabbed her from behind and threw her to the ground. The suspects forcibly removed her purse, including her cell phone, and fled the scene. The suspects are outstanding. The victim was not injured.

Driving Under the Influence
Lafayette Street / Walsh Avenue
Officers responded to the area of Lafayette Street and Walsh Avenue on the report of a hit and run. The male suspect was stopped at Scott Boulevard and Monroe Street. He had a suspended license and was found to be intoxicated. He was taken into custody and transported to the County jail.

Auto Burglary
3000 Block of El Camino Real
Between 1900 hours and 2145 hours, five thefts from vehicles occurred in multiple business parking lots along the 3000 block of El Camino Real. In each case, an unknown suspect broke the rear passenger window and stole electronics and/or bags from the seat and/or trunk area before fleeing the scene. The suspect remains at large.
