A suspicious man was stopped in connection to an arson investigation. He was arrested for a warrant that was unrelated to the arson investigation and was transported to county jail.

3030 Lawrence Exwy.
Officers were sent to Facilities Dynamic. Upon arrival, officers learned an individual had entered the business by shattering the front windows and a number of electronic devices were stolen. No arrest was made.

Stolen Vehicle Recovery
Fitzpatrick Dr. & Lick Mill Dr.
An officer was sent to recover a stolen Honda Accord that was stolen from San Jose. No arrest was made in connection with the theft.

A male motorist was stopped for a speeding violation. The motorist had an odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath. He failed to complete the field sobriety tests and was arrested. The man was transported to the police department for processing and later released with a date to appear in court.

An officer was sent on a report of a burglary. Upon arrival, the officer learned an individual used channel locks to enter through the roof of the business. Power tools and roofing materials were stolen from the business.

Recovered Stolen Vehicle
Portola Ave. & The Alameda
An officer spotted a suspicious vehicle. When the officer made a “U” turn to investigate, the motorist performed some quick maneuvers and disappeared. The officer eventually found the vehicle with the lights on, driver’s door open and engine running. The officer learned the vehicle was stolen from San Jose. No arrest was made.

Burglary Arrest

A concerned person reported that they were following a person who had just broken into an apartment. Officers converged in the area and detained three juveniles connected to the burglary and recovered a stolen laptop. The juveniles were arrested and released to their parents with a court date.

An officer was investigating a theft of a woman’s purse and another officer stopped a man nearby that was possibly connected to the theft. As it turned out, the man was not connected with the theft but was wanted by California State Parole. He was taken into custody and taken to county jail.
