Felony Vandalism Arrest
Location: 2017 Agnew Rd
Officers were sent on a report of two individuals trespassing at a local repair shop. Upon the officers’ arrival, two male juveniles were located hiding inside a vehicle. Inside the vehicle, the radio was removed from the dash and it was damaged. The two juveniles were arrested for the vandalism.

Officers were sent to Great America Theme Park for several individuals being detained for theft. On arrival, officers learned one of the men detained had an arrest warrant and was connected to the theft. He was arrested and taken to the county jail. Two other men were also issued a citation to appear in court for theft.

Drunk in Public
Location: 2760 Homestead Rd.
Officers were sent on a report of a person threatening to run into traffic. On arrival, the officers located a man that was extremely intoxicated with alcohol. The man was unable to care for himself and he was arrested. He was taken to the county jail.

Location: 2780 El Camino Real
Officers were sent on a report of a man and woman with a gun behind Moonlite Bowling Alley. The caller also mentioned that they fired the gun several times. On arrival, officers located the man and woman that were responsible for shooting the gun. The gun was identified as a pellet gun and was taken as evidence. The man and woman were each issued a Municipal Code citation.

Location: 1655 Pomeroy Ave.
A man was approached by a gunman in front of the Carriage Apartments. The gunman removed a dark colored semi-automatic gun from his jacket and demanded money from the man. The man didn’t have any money and the gunman ran west on Claire Court. The gunman is described as a black male, 18 to 20 years old, 5’9” to 5’11”, thin build and was wearing a black hooded jacket. A male motorist was stopped for a mechanical violation. During the stop, the officer found marijuana and methamphetamine. The man was arrested and taken to the county jail.

A man was approached by a gunman in front of Bob’s Liquors. The gunman showed the man a gun that was tucked in his waist and demanded the money. The man provided his cell phone, money and an iPod to the gunman. After receiving the property, the gunman demanded to be driven to man’s bank to withdraw money. The man entered his vehicle and eluded the gunman. Anyone with information please call Detective Sergeant Hoesing.

Officers were sent to a disturbance. On arrival, the officers learned a man physically assaulted a woman. The man was arrested and taken to the county jail.

Officers were sent on a report of a burglary and a man was seen leaving the area of the residence. The officers stopped the man and recovered the property taken in the burglary. The man was arrested and taken to the county jail.

An officer stopped a suspicious vehicle and learned the male motorist had a suspended driver’s license. The man was also in possession of cocaine. He was arrested and taken to the county jail.
