A man wanted by California State Parole was arrested in the parking lot of the Motel 6 and he was taken to the county jail.

A male motorist was stopped for driving without his headlights on. He had an odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath and he failed the field sobriety tests. He was arrested and taken to the county jail.

A man and woman were involved in an argument. The man suddenly became enraged and grabbed a large butcher knife and chased the woman inside their residence. The man was arrested and taken to the county jail.

Location: 500 Block of Saratoga Ave.
A resident was digging a hole in his front yard to plant a tree and unearthed a rusty grenade. The resident reported the incident to the police department and our officers evacuated the immediate area. The Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office bomb unit responded and detonated the grenade.

Drunk in Public
Location: Flora Vista Ave. & El Camino Real
Officers were sent to a disturbance that involved an intoxicated man. On arrival, the officers found the man was unable to take care of himself because of his alcohol consumption. The man was arrested and taken to the county jail.

Location: 4543 Stevens Creek Blvd.
Two gunmen entered the EZ Stop market and robbed the clerk. The gunman then ran from the market. The first gunman is described as a male, 5’8” to 5’10”, 175 to 180 lbs. He was wearing a dark colored hooded jacket and a ski mask over his face. The second gunman is described as a male, 5’8” to 5’10”, with a thin build. He was wearing a dark colored hooded jacket and a ski mask over his face.

Officers were sent to a call regarding a female exhibiting unusual behavior. On arrival, the officers determined the female was under the influence of a controlled substance and she was transported to a local hospital.
