3600 Block of Haig St.
Officers were sent to a fight. On arrival, the officers learned from witnesses the suspects involved in the fight left in a silver vehicle. The silver vehicle was spotted by an officer and stopped. The driver had an odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath and he failed the field sobriety tests. The passenger was also intoxicated and he was unable to take care of himself. The driver and passenger were arrested. The officers were unable to locate the victim of the assault.

Monday, June 24th, 2013

1990 Scott Blvd.
A man entered the McDonald’s restaurant and removed a gun from his waistband. He demanded the money from store employees. The man then fled through the south door of the restaurant. The man is described as a black male, early 20’s, 5’6” with a medium build and was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt.

Two females and one male were arrested for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia at the Motel 6. They were taken to the county jail.

400 Block of Grove Dr.
A resident returned home from vacation and found his front door was unlocked. His home had been ransacked and electronics, jewelry and cash were stolen.

A man on parole was arrested for painting graffiti on a wall. He was taken to the county jail.

A man was arrested at his residence for a felony drug warrant. He was taken to the county jail.

A female motorist was stopped for speeding. She had an odor of alcoholic beverage on her breath and failed the field sobriety tests. She was arrested and taken to the county jail.

A male prevented another male from stealing his vehicle and he was assaulted. The male was arrested for assault, tampering with a vehicle and being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was taken to the county jail.

Warrant Arrest
Eisenhower Dr & Lafayette Dr.
An officer recognized a male motorist with an arrest warrant and stopped the vehicle. The man exited his vehicle and ran but was quickly apprehended by the officer. The man was taken to the county jail.

Central Park
Officers were sent to a man bullying females at the “All City Picnic.” Officers working at the event located the man and he was uncooperative. The man assaulted one of the officers and he was immediately arrested. He was taken to the county jail.
