Selection Process
All Reserve Police Officer candidates for the City of Santa Clara participate in the following selection process:
- Submit an application
- Attend an orientation session
- Schedule an oral interview
- Pass the psychological review
- Pass the polygraph examination
- Pass the physical ability test
- Pass a medical examination
- Pass a comprehensive police background investigation
